I’m Steve Van Gorden. I help buyers and sellers navigate real estate decisions in Dade City, Brooksville, Wesley Chapel and the surrounding communities. I’ve worked in real estate since 2013 and opened SVG Realty LLC in 2022.

Dade City is home to my family. My involvement in Rotary and the Greater East Pasco Chamber of Commerce reflects my interest in supporting local relationships and helping our community.

I served as President of the Rotary Club of Dade City in 2025–2026 and serve as Rotary District 6950 Assistant Governor for Area 5 in 2026–2027. I also served as President of the Hernando County Association of REALTORS® in 2025.
